Using our services, you can attend any of the Just GYM Clubs available in many Polish cities. No matter where you are at any given time, Just GYM Clubs are open to you.

In order to ensure your comfort in using our services, the entities that operate the Clubs under the Just GYM brand co-manage your personal data, as well as the personal data of your parents/legal guardians in the case of underage Club Members, contained in the IT systems, on the basis of the agreement concluded, in accordance with Article 26 of the General Data Protection Regulation, or RODO.

 An up-to-date list of operators, running Just GYM Clubs:

• Just GYM sp. z o.o., ul. Starołęcka 42C, 61-361 Poznań - as franchisor,
• Well Fitness Sp. z o.o., ul. Jana Długosza 74, 51-162 Wrocław - as Franchisee.

These entities process your data for the sole purpose of providing customer service, and are obliged to secure it effectively.

Frequently asked questions

Why did I receive the message about co-administration?

It is for information purposes only. The obligation to inform you about the co-management of your personal data is imposed on us by the General Data Protection Regulation, the popular RODO. In order to act in accordance with the applicable regulations, we are providing you with detailed content on data co-management.

Do I need to take any steps after receiving it?

The other rules regarding your use of our Clubs have not changed; you do not need to take any additional action.

Is co-management of my data necessary?

Yes, operators of Clubs under the Just GYM brand must be able to verify the identity of Club Members, their eligibility to use the pass, and provide support within the Club Member Service Department.

Does the co-management of my data include all processing purposes related to entering into a contract with one of the entities operating under the Just GYM brand?

No. Co-administration only covers matters relating to  the use of our Clubs, confirming your entitlement to use our services and handling various types of enquiries, requests. It does not include other, residual processing purposes that the above entities carry out themselves, such as the promotion of their activities, marketing, accounting and tax settlements, or the assertion or defence of claims. You continue to remain a Customer of the entity with which you have contracted, regardless of which Just GYM Clubs you wish to use.

I would like to use the services of a Just GYM Club run by an entity other than the one I have contracted with. How do I do this?

Entities operating under the Just GYM brand have separate databases in different IT systems. In order to take advantage of the possibility to enter all our clubs, you need to log in to your account via justgym.pl and declare a wish to create a second account of a club member, with the help of which you will be able to attend clubs run by other entities. This does not entail any additional costs, entry is possible within the framework of the pass you already have.
