ARE YOU A McFIT CLUB MEMBER?

If you have a pass that allows you to train across the McFIT network you can use all Just GYM clubs. All you need to do is confirm your details after logging into your customer panel and then assign your fingerprint at the shopping kiosk at any Just GYM club. How to assign a finger?

No, you do not have to conclude a new contract. Your current contract is current and binding.

Your pass remains invariably active, no further action is required.

We process your personal data for purposes relating to the conclusion and performance of the contract, enabling you to use our services, deal with requests, complaints, assert and defend against claims. We also process them for regulatory purposes in the financial and accounting area. Your data may also be processed in connection with the operation of monitoring. If you have given us your consent, we may process your data for the purposes of training, competitions, contests, as well as for marketing purposes.

Payment collections will invariably be made in the same way - according to the existing payment schedule.

Yes, you can suspend your członkhood in accordance with the suspension rules set out in the Just GYM Club Member Rules.

The period of suspension of Customers' członkship has not changed. Their członkship will continue to remain suspended.

Yes, the price of your członkship has not changed and will not change until your current pass ends.

No, the conditions of the promotion have been observed.

From 1 July 2025 you should only log in to the new Just GYM customer portal, available at www.justgym.pl. Your login is the email address you provided during the registration process and your password is also unchanged. If there is any error when logging in, please use the option to reset your password via the ‘forgot password’ button.

To take full advantage of the entire offer of all the clubs in the network, log in to your profile and confirm your details in the window that appears after logging in. Then go to the Just GYM club of your choice and assign your fingerprint at the sales kiosk. You use Just GYM clubs on the basis of your fingerprint, you do not need to carry your McFIT club member card.

The honouring of new partner programmes is not planned.

Our service hours are 6am to 10pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 8pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

Yes, you can take fitness classes without changes. However, as of 1 July 2025, enrolment can be done via the Just GYM customer portal, in the „group classes” section.

The existing członkow cards continue to function and you can use them at the respective McFIT clubs. However, fingerprint entry applies at the former Just GYM clubs.
