Run Club Warsaw at Just GYM BOX offers outdoor running sessions for people who want to run together, without any pressure and regardless of their fitness level.

Just Run Club

We go for a run at selected Just Gym Box locations

At each location, we start and finish outside the club. This makes it easy to find us, easy to join in, and easy to stay with the group for a while after the session.

Training, relationships and an active summer

We go for a run in the countryside

We don’t spend the summer cooped up indoors. We head outside, soak up the city’s energy and do a workout that will complement your strength training.

Anyone can join

You don’t have to be a runner. You don’t need to have personal bests, a sports watch or a marathon training plan. All you need is the desire to get moving and run with us at a leisurely pace.

We bring people together

It’s not just a workout – it’s also the social highlight of the week. You can come on your own, with a loved one, or invite your neighbours along. We’ll take care of the atmosphere.

Strength and endurance go hand in hand

Strength training and running are not in competition with each other. They complement each other. The gym builds strength, stability and resilience, whilst running improves fitness, endurance and agility. This is hybrid training in practice.

90 minutes of exercise together

Warm-up outside the club

We’ll meet up at Just Gym Box and start with a quick warm-up to get our bodies ready for the run. No chaos, no stress, and we won’t leave anyone behind.

Cross-country run

We set off on a route around the club. We make sure it’s scenic and pleasant – featuring squares, parks and boulevards. The pace is conversational, meaning you can chat easily whilst running. This is the first stage; the distances aren’t long, and the group runs together.

Mobility outside the club

After the run, we head back to the club and do a simple mobility session. It’s all about relaxation, breathing and rounding off the training session nicely.

Social moment

If you fancy it, you’re welcome to stay a bit longer. You can have a chat, share your experiences, get to know the other people in the group and feel that this is more than just a regular class.

Do you have a season ticket? Sign up via the app

If you have a membership at a particular club or a multi-club pass at another, sign up for classes via our mobile app, in the group class timetable. If you’d like to use your sports card, you can do that too.

Places are limited, so it’s best to book in advance.

Don’t have a membership? You can still run with us

Outdoor running groups are also open to people who do not yet have a członkostwo.

1. Check if there are any free places

You can do this in the tab Activity schedule.

2. Make use of your free ticket

  • 1. Click „Buy a season ticket” and select a club
  • 2. Go to „Tickets” and select „24-hour pass”
  • 3. Enter the promotional code: RUN WITH US
  • 4. Set the start date to the day on which the running session you wish to take part in is taking place.
  • 5. Follow the instructions.

3. Sign up for classes via the mobile app

You can log in to the app using the username and password from step 3.

4. Come and run with us!

Once you arrive at the meeting point, check in at the club (scan the QR code at the entrance) and sign the attendance list provided by the organiser.

FAQs

No. If you don’t have a membership pass, you can use a single-entry ticket and then sign up for classes.

You don’t have to. Our coach will teach you everything. We run at a conversational pace, over short distances and in a small group. It’s a great format for people who want to get started, get back into regular running, or do their easy runs in a friendly atmosphere.

About 1.5 hours. During this time, we do a warm-up, a cross-country run, some short mobility exercises and a social get-together after the training session.

The start and finish are at the selected Just GYM BOX location.

Yes. You can come on your own, with a family member, a colleague or a neighbour. That’s the whole point – to run together. Do bear in mind, though, that you’ll need to book your place in advance.

No. These are regular running groups that take place throughout the summer.

All you need is a pair of comfortable running shoes, some sportswear and some water. You don’t need any professional kit or a sports watch.
